Meanwhile, this is how I installed the latest IDM update, with retaining Actver's .dll patch and 33 IP Block (using Internet Lock to block the call-home IP's) from my previous installation.

1. Exit IDM from tray.
2. Use sledge101's latest tool to clean the trash keys and re-register again. 3. From there, downloaded the retail file using the same tool.
4. Install the update.
5. Ta-da! IDM installed with Actver's dll patch pre-applied and call-home IP-block enforced. Hopefully no pop-up's for now.

p/s: you can use 123m.m's toolkit as well.
