possibly, the whole of the small fleet of operational 810s may have to be recalled for urgent inspections/modifications. In the worst case, a lot of rebuilding may be needed, which could take years.
And might the heat from the fire have damaged the fragile welded aluminium body shell? If so, that car will probably have to be scrapped.

Could also be eg a ruptured coolant hose dropping coolant on a hot engine. >That would cause smoke but no fire. Either way Not Good.

IAm surprised that EMR staff were allowing passengers to get off via the
door immediately by the smoke.
