Six-hour train services between London and Stirling running with no toilets

It seems itrCOs not just EMR that has 222 toilet woes.

I think the shock here is that Lumo sent off the first train of the day
from Euston at 06:11, despite knowing in advance that none of its toilets
    were working.

It looks like the first extended station stop wasnrCOt till three hours
    later:

The train had arrived at the platform from Ferme Park reception sidings at 04:50, having been there since just after midnight, having arrived from Stirling at 23:13. So it had been in London for about seven hours
overnight. AlstomrCOs Wembley Intercity Depot is nearby, and some Lumo trains visit it, so why not this one? Did Lumo not discover about the fault
during the up journey to Euston (if not, why not?), or does it just not
have adequate maintenance arrangements with Alstom in London?
