• Why Worry?

There are only two things to worry about - whether you are ill or well.
If you are well there's nothing to worry about.

If you are ill, there are only two things to worry about - whether you
    get better or get worse.
If you get better there's nothing to worry about.

If you get worse, there are only two things to worry about - whether you
    live or whether you die.
If you live, there's nothing to worry about.

If you die, there are only two things to worry about - whether you go to Heaven or to Hell.
If you go to Heaven, there's nothing to worry about.

If you go to Hell, you'll be so busy shaking hands with your old friends
you won't have time to worry.

    I like it.
I have seen something similar about making a right decision.
    It starts:
If you are not certain of the right decision, just make one.
Half the time you make the right decision and the problem ends there.
If you make a wrong decision, some one is bound to tell you before the decision is implemented, and you can try again.

and so on. It goes through a number of steps, each time eliminating half
of the possibilities left (I can't remember them all at the moment). It
    ends with:
If you have got here there are no right decisions left, so toss a coin.

    Similarly ..

If you ask enough people for advice on any given subject then somebody
will eventually advise you to do whatever it is that you thought of
first - so you may as well save some time and just do that.

But if anybody ever asks me for advice I invariably advise them to ask somebody else
