Mollie was up and out by 08:30 for a load of grass to eat. She then returned home around 08:45, deposited all the unchewed grass leaves
before tackling her breakfast. Another 10 minutes amble up the jungle
and then back to her bed for a well earned snooze on her bed.

We visited daughter and family this morning. Mila was begging to go
into the garden and within minutes had caught a sparrow :-(
SiL (working at home) hopefully saved it in time, as it flew off quite spritely once released.

When we were living on the outskirts of Chalfont St Giles in Buckinghamshire, back in the early 1970s, our resident cat "Snuffy"
caught a small robin on a Christmas Eve. I managed to safely take it
from "Snuffy" and carried is, cupped in my hands to a nearby lane and
placed it in a high hedge. It also flew away quite safely.
