• Nominations for outside bodies to be admitted to the Bad Taste Chapter of UMRA

Two organisations have gone above and beyond in their performance of
bad taste and I feel they should be recognised by UMRA and admitted to
the Bad Taste Chapter of our organisation.

First the on-line discounts firm, Wowcher for their advertising pitch:

"Snap up these deals quicker than a croc can catch a kid!" [https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c17ynlek5djo]

But snapping hard at their heels must be HM Prison Service. Having
introduced 'therapy ferrets' (I know...) into their largest children's
prison - presumably to provide a soothing, calming environment to help rehabilitate child offenders, prison staff have been using those
ferrets - in front of those children - to do what ferrets do best:
catch and kill the prison's rats.

Do I hear any other nominations?

I have to admit they are absolute humdingers. I would cite President
Trump announcing Sir Keir's resignation but assume he had forgotten the embargo until 09:30 BST today.

How well does Andy Burnham know Peter Mandelson and will he give him a job?
