    What did we learn?

    That, if Arthur Wood was a Light Programme listener he would have
    heard his royalties clicking up every night for a full two years
    before he died.

    That our Kate deserves more sympathy when she speaks about
    exasperating tenors. Nicky Spence certainly seemed to put the "Can
    Bellow" into "Bel Canto" or maybe he was just nervous? Either way, I
    imagine herding cats is probably easier than directing tenors.

    If you don't want to listen to the whole programme, Barwick Green was
    selection number four, after number three, The Minute Waltz. It is
    left as an exercise for umrats to guess what made the connection.
