• Heather's funeral

I've had this update, from Richard:

I can now confirm that my mother's funeral will be at 11am on Wednesday the 3rd of June 2026 at York Crematorium. Several people have asked, and unfortunately as far as I am aware it will not be streamed over the Internet for those unable to attend in person.

As per her request there will be no 3rd party celebrant reading a eulogy. Instead anyone in attendance will be invited to come up and say a few words of their own. This is, of course, optional.

Also at her request there will be no flowers and dark clothing is not necessary. I believe there will be a collection on the day, but if you wish to make a charitable donation in her name she has opted for Cancer Research UK.

Finally please share this with any mutual friends etc. you think should know, to try to ensure no one gets overlooked.

    Best wishes, Serena
Prison is just one word to you, but for some people, itrCOs a whole sentence.

"Some small bit of good news: there will, in fact, be a livestream. It
was never mentioned during the appointment, so I came to the mistaken conclusion that it wasn't an option. However so many people were sad
they were unable to attend in person, and I realised they never actually explicitly said there couldn't be one, so I contacted them and they said
    it was an option.
