This book is being serialised on BBC Radio 4 for the second time:
first time around it was a reading in Book at Bedtime and this time
it's a Drama on 4 (m002v9l1) by Katie Hims (ob The Archers No.1) Each abridgement seems to have taken a slightly different path through the
story which I find quite interesting.

OB The Archers No.2 is a throwaway line early on in part one of the
drama: if I heard it correctly, it's wartime and somebody in the BBC
seems to think it might be a good idea to do a radio drama for
farmers. I wonder what ever happened with that?
