    I can't remember exactly but IIRC it was along the lines of "I should
    never have rescued you from the Am."

    water to save Fallon and he should have let her drown.

    He is wrong of course - if he had never moved Alice into the driver seat
    he almost certainly would not have gone to jail.

    To reform himself he actually has to learn good from bad. A clip around
    the head would help.
