Following an aborted visit from YouFibre to install the FTTP service that several door (rather inconvenient) knocks prompted, I am awaiting their thoughts on whether I am worth it.
In the meantime - aided by AI - I have scoured every single email communication (because I don't use the phone :) ) and at no point did
they caveat the process as being subject to survey, or direct me to a
specific catch-all T&Cs page.
Am I alone in being mildly surprised at the how legalese-lite this
seems ? Admittedly sloppy, but presumably a zero risk approach ?
(Complaint already in progress with OfCom on standby for comedy value).
FWIW I realise you can't possible the impossible. But it seems YouFibre (formerly brsk and soon to be Virgin) don't
