age now where I'm genuinely yearning to hoover the carpet because I
never get to do it.

Kemco RPG Selection Vol 1 (PS5) - Well, I have the disc now. Delayed
from March, this is a collection of four modern 16-bit styled games that
were previously only available on other platforms. There's a PS4 disc
too if you're mad or cheap. Hoping they do the other six (!) volumes in
short order.

Playstation 2 Modding (PS2) - Oops, the PATA-to-SATA drive adapter thing
is exactly 2 mm too large to fit inside the snug PS2 hard drive bay,
even if you don't use the official slider rails. Didn't get to do
anything here either.

House of the Dead 2 Remake (PS5) - But on a disc. And what I really want
is a PS4 disc because I'm hoping that they've taken the opportunity to
improve on the PS Move support. I don't think either of these things
that I want will actually come to pass.

109 kg of garbage (RL) - Cleaning. I meant to put up some lights and
stuff too and all I did was move decade-old junk mail out of my house in
an effort to make room for DIY. That's a stupid way to spend a weekend.

Play:

Amplitude (PS3) - it turns out that this more or less works even on,
uh, an unusually small/quiet/slow PS3. Which is literally sat on top
of my disused but still presumably functional PS4 that I played
Amplitude on. Which in turn is right next to my possibly-functional
real^Wolder PS3 that I also played Amplitude on. So clearly, this was
a totally sensible thing to do. Anyway, I cleared Intermediate then
did Advanced on most of the individual tracks, as well as struggling
through a bit of Expert.

For an instant I misread that as Kenco... but brewing up a blend of
fresh coffee jokes would've been such a grind, and it's not like I
have no filter.

To unlock the remaining tracks in Amplitude (yet again), including the
third bonus track which I somehow didn't quite manage.
