    I finally got around to reporting a set of these just up the road to
    Suffolk CC

    To my surprise, they promised to fix them in less than 8 weeks. and did.

    I believe there are sites for every council: Perhaps we should just
    report them endlessly till they fix them?

    Splodgeit, bodgeit and Scarper (Very) Ltd.
