• OT: Message to my Water Supplier

It is clear that nothing has happened with regard to the numbers I see
on my PC which are supposed to be reporting the readings of the
installed so-called 'smart' water meter. I see days where there is total gobbledegook, the 'dashboard' tells me on the same visit that I am
using less water/average water/above average water over the previous 30
days. It show multiple days with no reading available, and then gives
    estimated readings that are absurd.

What is going on? Why is it taking so long to get this sorted? This
must be merely a matter of moving values from one part of your system
to another part, but apparently it is too difficult for your IT folks
to sort out. I remind you that the current meter was installed in early
    March.

I am strongly considering taking this to Ofwat, as you not providing
    the promised service.

At the very least, please arrange to send me, via e-mail, the actual
daily readings that you say are correct and that you are receiving from
    the meter.

    What is going on?

My supplier it STwater, the only readings my online account shows are
the initial zero on installation, and a customer reading I supplied
after a year, it shows a message along the lines that they're working to restore live readings RealSoonNow[TM]

Yes, mine have been working hard on this for weeks now.

My ST account appears to be showing readings from the smart meter.
(Though I've no idea how I used 58l on Monday, but only 43l yesterday,
    when I ran the dishwasher.)

Perhaps you should send this to your water company?
