I didn't tag this on to the pass code thread as it's a different, if
related, issue.

My pension providers wrote to me asking if I would go digital. Sure, I thought, why not, everything else is.

I filled in the form online and mistyped my mobile 'phone number (I don't
call myself very often) so whenever I log on they send the security code
to somebody else.

I have had an exchange of emails with them and today a 'phone call in
which they assure me their records had the correct number. I then tried to access some online documents but the pass code doesn't arrive!

I am beginning to think their system has picked up the incorrect number
from my online form and isn't able to correct it.
