    Once you've used specialist tape like 3M transpore <https://ukmedi.co.uk/products/3m-transpore-surgical-tape-25cm-x-914m-single-3m-1527-1-ukmedi-co-uk>
    you expect everything called "easy tear" to be just that.

    If you look at the video here: <https://diy.bostik.com/en-UK/our-ranges/create/sticky-tape> you'll see
    they only show the tape being cut with scissors. If it's so "easy tear",
    you'd think they'd show that as a selling point.
