• Update to iPad

    Plugged my 7th gen iPad in to the computer to do a sync and was offered
    an upgrade. Downloaded it but got the following message"

    recent macOS / iOS / iPadOS / whatever updates?

    Nothing, it just refused to update the machine.

    Don't see how, it's not the latest software release , the iPad is too
    old for that.

    Don't see how, it's not the latest software release , the iPad is too
    old for that.

    Ah, should have checked version numbers. The machine claims to be
    currently 18.7.7, the update is 18.7.7. Something does not compute!
