    in this 1227 record is a new find, or already known.

    Agnes , daughter of Hugh Despenser regarding land at Rushton-Spencer
    dated 1227.

    My reading of this is that Agnes was daughter of Peter de Rixton and was
    the Complainant. Hugh le Despencer was the Tenant or Deforciant
