• GRO around midnight?

    Several days recently, I've tried to access the GRO site (https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/indexes_search.asp),
    and got "Your connection isn't private", and a failure to get through;
    the connection reverts shortly afterwards.

    Anyone else getting this? I know a lot of websites _do_ do backups or
    similar, but I was surprised to get it on a .gov.uk website.

    You don't say what browser you are using and whether it is up-to-date.
    Have you tried other browsers?

    What is the detailed error you are getting?

    This page has a lot of detail on various possible errors related to that message

    Edge, yes, no. (FWIW normal service was again resumed the same morning.)
