The overall average disposition times of the Irish courts (calculated
from the data set out in Figure
20 above) were also higher than the overall estimated disposition
    times reported by the Council
of Europe. In Ireland, the overall average disposition times were 460
days in 2020 and 571 days in
2022. The Council of EuroperCOs estimated times were 227.84 days in 2020
    and 168.34 days in 2022."

"European Union" is not at any relevant part of "Justice
Indicators". "European-Union" is not at "Justice Indicators". "E.U."
is not at "Justice Indicators". "E.-U." is not at "Justice
Indicators". "E. U." is not at "Justice Indicators". "EU" (case
insensitive) is at 626 parts of "Justice Indicators". No occurence of
"EU" at Pages 63 to 69 is relevant. "Irish courts are the slowest in
EU at deciding cases" is based exclusively on "Justice Indicators" but
this perverse newspaper ("The Irish Times") put "EU" as opposed to
"the Council of Europe" to that article's title.

I commenced a Portuguese-court case against the putative University of
Coimbra during 2012 (so this fake university tortured me in 2013). I
still wait for this court case's judgment at its 1st instance!
