Prayer works! There is something to be said about the practice of
prayer in the Abrahamic traditions. Some forms of prayer help more than others. Kindly try the following forms of prayer based on the GURU
pragma to help you deprogram from the Satanic influences of the Zen.

Pray the following in a low audible voice:
Pray to Jesus Christ throughout the day or whenever you are in trouble. Prayers are always said in a low audible voice. The Evangelical church encourages prayer to Jesus Christ rather than God or any other word for
the Almighty. For example, "Dear Jesus Christ, help me overcome the
odds and succeed. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Chant the following morning, noon, and evening in a low audible voice:
Domine Iesu Christe, Fili Dei, miserere mei, peccatoris.
    (Jesus prayer in Latin)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

PATER NOSTER, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat
regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem
nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut
et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.
    (Lord's prayer in Latin)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    Shmah yee-s+erah-ayl ah-doh-noi eh-loh-hay-noo ah-doh-noi eh-khahd.
    bah-rookh shem ki-vohd mahl-khoo-toh li-oh-lahm vah-ehd.
    (Shema prayer in Hebrew)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    (Amida prayer in Hebrew)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

Ash-hadu ila ilaha illa Allah, Wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu-Allah.
    (Shahada prayer in Arabic)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    (Al-fatiha prayer in Arabic)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    Meditate on the following:
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Kyrie elieson"
for 15-30 minutes sitting crossed legged.
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Ribbono shel
olam" while lying on bed to fall asleep. I tell ya, the sleep I get is
    second to none.
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Allahu akhbar"
while sitting on a chair for 120 recitations.

The above techniques I have discovered in my 30 years trek trying to
escape from the vice grip of liquor, violence, prostitution, gambling,
and cultism. Through such practices I am now free of such vices and live
a more sound and cogent life retired by the age of 50. You have to
believe there is a higher power called Jesus Christ who loves us and is
our redeemer and provider. Somethings work.<br>
