Prayer works! There is something to be said about the practice of
prayer in the Abrahamic traditions. Some forms of prayer help more than others. Kindly try the following forms of prayer based on the GURU
pragma to help you deprogram from the Satanic influences of the Zen.

Pray the following in a low audible voice:
Pray to Jesus Christ throughout the day or whenever you are in trouble. Prayers are always said in a low audible voice. The Evangelical church encourages prayer to Jesus Christ rather than God or any other word for
the Almighty. For example, "Dear Jesus Christ, help me overcome the
odds and succeed. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Chant the following morning, noon, and evening in a low audible voice:
Domine Iesu Christe, Fili Dei, miserere mei, peccatoris.
    (Jesus prayer in Latin)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

PATER NOSTER, qui es in caelis, sanctificetur nomen tuum. Adveniat
regnum tuum. Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra. Panem
nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie, et dimitte nobis debita nostra sicut
et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris. Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen.
    (Lord's prayer in Latin)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    Shmah yee-s+erah-ayl ah-doh-noi eh-loh-hay-noo ah-doh-noi eh-khahd.
    bah-rookh shem ki-vohd mahl-khoo-toh li-oh-lahm vah-ehd.
    (Shema prayer in Hebrew)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

Ash-hadu ila ilaha illa Allah, Wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu-Allah.
    (Shahada prayer in Arabic)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    (Al-fatiha prayer in Arabic)(12 times)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    Meditate on the following:
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Kyrie elieson"
for 15-30 minutes sitting crossed legged.
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Ribbono shel
olam" while lying on bed to fall asleep. I tell ya, the sleep I get is
    second to none.
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Allahu akhbar"
while sitting on a chair for 120 recitations.

The above techniques I have discovered in my 30 years trek trying to
escape from the vice grip of liquor, violence, prostitution, gambling,
and cultism. Through such practices I am now free of such vices and live
a more sound and cogent life retired by the age of 50. You have to
believe there is a higher power called Jesus Christ who loves us and is
our redeemer and provider. Somethings work.<br>

Prayer works! There is something to be said about the practice of prayer
    in the Abrahamic traditions.
Some forms of prayer help more than others. Kindly try the following
forms of prayer based on the GURU
pragma to help you deprogram from the Satanic influences of the Zen. I mentioned testimonys and
prayers in the Spanish, Hebrew, Arabic, and Telugu languages. I did
    this because those were the
people who gave me a good time in my life filled with functionality and compassion. It was good. The
below list of testimonys and prayers is a vain attempt at capturing
those plus points in my life through
calling upon a higher power using such respective languages of people,
places, and things that made a
difference in my life. May it help you as well.

Pray the following in a low audible voice: ------------------------------------------
Pray to Jesus Christ throughout the day or whenever you are in trouble. Prayers are always said in a
low audible voice. The Evangelical chuch encourages prayer to Jehovah,
    Jesus Christ, or Holy Spirit.
    For example:

"Dear Jehovah, I hand over my life to you for I do not know how to deal
with it; please make me into a
    success.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen."

Chant the following morning, noon, or evening in a low audible voice: ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    (Glory be in Spanish)(12 times)
    Gloria al Padre,
    Y al Hijo,
    Y al Esp|!ritu Santo,
    Como era en el principio,
    Ahora y siempre,
Por los siglos de los siglos.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    (Lord's prayer in Spanish)(12 times)
    Padre nuestro,
    que est|is en el cielo,
    santificado sea tu Nombre;
    venga a nosotros tu reino;
h|igase tu voluntad en la tierra como en el cielo.
    Danos hoy nuestro pan de cada d|!a;
    perdona nuestras ofensas,
    como tambi|-n nosotros perdonamos a los que nos ofenden;
no nos dejes caer en la tentaci||n,
    y l|!branos del mal.
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

    (Shema prayer in Hebrew)(12 times)
Shema Israel adonia elohanu adnai ehad; baruch shem kavod malchuto

(Hear oh Israel, Hashem is our God, Hashem is one; blessed be the name
of His kingdom forever and ever)
In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen.

Meditate on the following in a low audible voice: -------------------------------------------------
Recite the following by saying in a low audible voice "Kyrie elieson"
for 15-30 minutes laying on bed
or on a chair. End with "In the name of Jesus Christ, who is most

My list of the above mentioned prayers in mp3 format: ----------------------------------------------------- https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11mWNdk23M2WNUpAwKjOR3Pe1aVmGurIl?usp=drive_link

The above techniques I have discovered in my 30 years trek trying to
escape from the vice grip of
liquor, violence, prostitution, gambling, and cultism. Through such
practices I am now free of such
vices and live a more sound and cogent life retired by the age of 50.
You have to believe there is a
higher power called Jesus Christ who loves us and is our redeemer and provider. Somethings work.

Man needs a proper meditation of the heart. They say it all starts from
the heart. Ask Jesus Christ to
enter your heart and save you by making you into a success. Inculcating
    a practice of prayer,
chanting, and meditation based upon Jesus Christ as the guru is one of
    the best means toward
    enlightenment. There is nothing higher.

So far this technique I share above has helped me succeed really well in
    the basic needs of food,
shelter, clothing, and medicine. This is just the beginning and I hedge successes in the aims of life
of education, sex, monies, and faith. As well as in, erudition,
    business, property, and sovereignty.

It is better to succeed in life rather than waste it away with some form
    of meaningless existence. The
mantra, zazen, and koan practices led me into a world of jail,
    institution, homelessness, rehab, and
almost deportation from the lap of luxury, which is America. Nearly 30
years of my life was wasted
practicing the Dying Arts. That is the issue.

Luckily for me prayer works and prayer to Jesus Christ works the best.
    Over time the grace and
positive influence of Jesus Christ won out over the Satanic influences
of the Dharma. The sooner you
start in the practice of prayer to Jesus Christ the better. The prayer, chanting, and meditation
technique I share above is something I have discovered in my over 30
    years process of enlightenment.
    Try it!

    Notes:
    ------
For a few years I prayed to Jesus Christ and got really good food,
    shelter, clothing, and medicine.
However, I was not that functional. Nowadays I pray to Jehovah and end
with "in the name of Jesus
Christ, who is most Gracious and Merciful. Amen." Somehow, I am able to
stay awake during the day and
sleep during the night. I am able to get some improvement in will power
as well. Now, I have to move
to the next level by practicing reading, writing, and arithmetic to
    improve my memory.

I found that saying the Shahada under an Imam helped me enter the
kingdom of the God. The Shahada or
Islamic initiation was like an entry into the Abrahamic faiths. The
    Shahada I mentioned was the
    following:

Ashaadu ila ila-ha ila-Allah wa, ashaadu anna Mohammadan rasulu Allah.
(There is only one God; and Prophet Mohammad is the last and final one
    of Him.)

Try saying the Shahada to gain protection from the sword of Islam. You
know, in my Desi or South Asian
community the only ones who represent with a good look and good behavior
    are the Muslims. They are
truly worthy of praise. They are like on par with the Europeans and even
    the Christian Hispanics.

Practice makes perfect. Typically, in the Abrahamic traditions the vast majority of people out there
start with some practice of prayer, chanting, and meditation before they
    move onto initiation as in
Christian baptism, Islamic shahada, or Jewish mikvah. So try saying
    those words of power mentioned
above to help you overcome the odds and find the love and enlightenment
    you are looking for. God
bless and god speed for Jesus Christ is god. Always a pleasure. Prayer
    works and prayer to Jesus
    Christ works the best. Peace.
