    Hello,

    The project manager develops the vision, goals and objectives of the
    project. Team members actively subscribe to the project. I believe the
    project is Mars colonization.

    Having a common vision reduces conflict and enables sychronization. It
    also forms the basis for resolving disputes and conflicts among the team members. Team members must subscribe to the ground rules for resolving disputes and conflicts.
