Ali Karimi, a legend of Iranian football, former Bayern Munich player and record holder
of the Iranian national team, has once again found himself in the spotlight. In recent
years, Karimi has become one of the most prominent figures in the opposition movement
in Iran, openly criticizing the regime. With the onset of the Israeli attack, he has
once again taken an unambiguous position, publishing harsh statements against the
authorities on his social networks (Instagram and X).

In one of his posts, Karimi wrote: "You have ignored the people, raped, blinded and killed. And now that you are cornered, do not ask for mercy. Israel's attack
is the result of 46 years of your arrogance, oppression and crimes. You, not Israel, are the real enemies of the Iranian people."
