NASA released a Moon base trailer and posted it out YouTube at this address:

Not the best trailer ever, and the music is a little cringe. But nice attempt.
Whether NASA builds this, who knows. Whether several administrations
stick with this idea, no clue. But it's out there.
At this point I think it's a guarantee, unless we decide to completely capitulate to China.
We know China is targeting the Lunar South Pole.
The first nation to actually establish there will be writing the rules
of engagement, Outer Space Treaty be damned.
The patriotic side of me, of course, wants NASA to be in the consistent
lead.
The realistic part of me, though, knows that China may well beat us.
Their 2030 target looks increasingly realistic (if not within reason to
move earlier) given their progress, and NASA's 2028 target is in great
danger of slipping further and further - and being beat on something
like this may wind up being a net positive for space travel in general.
