Cygnus NG-21 snuck out of Florida ahead of Hurricane/TS Debbie, with
the Falcon 9 booster doing an RTLS and the second stage flew with the
    stubby nozzle.

The SS Richard "Dick" Scobee arrived nominally, despite a check light
on a pressure reading, was grabbed by by the Canadarm under the
guidance of Mathew Dominick assisted by Jeanette Epps, and berthing was
done by the robotics team on the ground.

Meanwhile, it appears that NASA will have a Starliner press conference tomorrow, and the launch date of Crew 9 could move again.
