My "little prince" (Python) presents me with a twofold problem: the abrupt transition from an accelerated reference frame to a Galilean one.
The rocket engine is cut.
At that precise moment, Python offers us two different derivative
expressions.
Before the singularity: dTo = dTr. (1 + Vr^2/2c^2) / sqrt(1 + Vr^2/4c^2).
After the singularityrCoinstantaneously: dTo = dTr.sqrt(1 + Vr^2/c^2)
This creates a break in continuity; it creates a "kink."
No matter how you look at the problem...
Here is the answer I propose:
"The transition point may not be an instantaneous switch between the two differentials, but rather a dynamic evolution.
Thus, sudden acceleration or deceleration would never be an instantaneous phenomenonrColike flipping a switch.
Perhaps we have unconsciously introduced yet another abstract concept by falsely idealizing the engine cutoff. There might, in fact, be a
transition curve connecting the former accelerated regime and the new
Galilean regime, rather than a true discontinuity."
