    The difference is what type of glycol you use Ethanol Glycol or Propylene Glycol. Ethanol Glycol is deadly stuff if ingested and has a sweet smell that attracts children and pets is spilled or with leaks. Propylene Glycol is a food grade Glycol that is considered safe and nontoxic to either children or pets. And is mandatory if welding in any place that serves food, hospitals, and most industries where it could easily be ingested if come into contact with. Plus, it's easier to ship and dispose of, because it isn't considered toxic and is biodegradable. There are premixes but they are usually of a higher mix ratio than suggested. If you mix your own using pure Propylene Glycol, a 10% to 30% mix with distilled water is best, never more than 50% mix...
