    As commentaries go, this is pretty idiotic, but that's what you expect
    in American commentaries of global warming.

    China is still building about one new coal-fired power station a week.
    It's shutting down a raft of much less efficient old coal-fired power
    stations at the same time, so this probably counts as reducing it's
    greenhouse emissions, but not for commentators with an axe to grind.
