Those who think that SURBS play any role in the OP's
Usenet posting don't have all their marbles.

Looks like that you compare classic SURB usage from
Mixminion and do not understand how SURB can be used
    with the Nym Mixnet.

I know and I will tell you guys about it once Mixfit[1]
    is in production.

[1] Mixfit is a combination of Nym Mail and Nym Mailer
and not the planned, which I talked about rencently,
secure YAMN client, I am working on at a later date.

I am pretty sure that Mixfit is a game changer, when
it comes to modern anonymous email and Usenet communication,
which is aimed at elderly people, non-tech people, or people
with a disability. It is not only about mailing but it means
also that it can replace traditional email per se, as it
allows families, friends and co-wokers to set-up their very
own global and decentralized email infrastructure, at a very
low cost (Raspberry Pi or cheap VPS), without the helping hand
of any third-party companies and powered by the awesome Nym Mixnet.

    Stay tuned!

    A little teaser: https://jmp.sh/BhaSzIWe

With 'Send' you send emails or Usenet postings, where the recipient
addresses can be mixed, like @mix.nym,@example.org

'Inbox' is for receiving emails from within the Nym Mixnet with their aliases/Nym addresses (without any headers and UTF-8 compatible). This
requires then a cheap VPS or Raspberry Pi 24/7 running.

'Esub' is my modern version, which allows you to create esub strings
    for a.a.m messages.

And last but not least 'Fetch', as the name suggests, is for fetching automatically your a.a.m messages, with a replay cache implemented.

The four top icons are gear = all required configuartions, i = about
pop-up, little man = Nym alias/address manager, sun = theme swich mode
    for dark or light GUI.

As you can see much simpler than QSL and good UX experience, compared
    to OmniMix.

The repository will then come with four components, Mixfit-ENSC =
Mixfit Ephemeral Nym Socks5 Client, Mixfit GUI Client and last but
not least Mixfit Gateway Server for clearnet email and Usenet and
Mixfit Home Server for internal Nym Mixnet email messages. Message
size is in all cases 64KB.

Mixfit Client and Mixfit-ENSC are portable apps, you can carry on
    your USB stick.
