Hi all,
I have released NymMail and before I upload a README and binaries,
I would like to get feedback from you.
https://github.com/Ch1ffr3punk/NymMail
To use the global and decentralized NymMail infrastructure you
have to install the official nym-client, running on port 1977,
for each, the client and server. For the server it is recommended
to use your own VPS.
https://github.com/nymtech/nym/releases
To use the nym-client:
Step 1: $ nym-client init --id your_nickname
Step 2: $ nym-client run --id your_nickname
After that you can compile my repository, each
folder with: go build -ldflags "-s -w"
nmc.go has predefined aliases with my Nym address in it.
Simply start nmc with: nmc -init [-c] and it will create in
your (default or current) directory nmc.json, where you can
add all your friends aliases with their respective Nym address.
To send a beta-test email message to me, just type your
message in nano etc., without any (outdated email headers),
and if you wish a reply include your alias/Nym address too.
To send it: $ nmc -t ch1ffr3punk@mix.nym your_message.txt
Hope you like NymMail as well, as it is IMHO the world's
best decentralized email infrastructure, powered by the
Nym Mixnet. https://nym.com/mixnet

I have added an 'nce' = 'nym-client-ephemeral' folder,
so that Nym addresses, for better privacy, are only
used one time, when connecting to the Nym network.
The server's Nym address, of course, is still permanent.

Ephemeral Nym Client Wrapper, for NymMail, finished today.
Next step will be to integrate rCygetrCO into the NymMail GUI,
so that email messages can be also received from a VPS via
the Nym Mixnet.
