She wants to kill the mission saying the money could be spent elsewhere. (READ: Spent on something that my state could participate in). But she's also fostering the idea of a big travel junket to the Balkans and other countries to "shore up" NATO. This, even after her party pretending other NATO members not pulling their economic weight (since WW2 yet) is no big deal. That's REAL money compared to completing the Mars mission.
