I'm assuming the anons who came back to this thread use 10ch. I have
found an imageboard called http://pixelchan.i2p/. It was just created
recently so it could be a good refuge for us.

You can put "Anonymous" as a username without a password to post without
an account. It's not just the same person spamming, it's multiple people choosing to be Anonymous. I don't usually use Usenet so I'm not sure if
this is a normal thing or whatever.

Exactly. This is a feature of specific sites mainly used in i2p (and tor
a bit).

The rocksolid.* Usenet hierarchy allows Anonymous posting of articles.
Other hierarchies may not appreciate anonymous posting, but it's nice in
these networks.
