  • setup.php appears to not work

    While trying to get rslight cleaned up and caught up, I notice that
    setup.php does not work during install, which is a pain.

    I can fix that soon, but didn't know the problem existed.

    I'm currently running through a full setup on a cleaned Debian system to
    see what works and does not.
