    There are a few fixes in this latest merge. These are the main changes:

    Add function to sanitize headers when posting. Currently changing
    backticks as they cause problems.

    Standardise line wrap width in config.inc.php, notify poster of width.

    More carefully check for end of message in spoolnews.php, avoiding lines
    that are not just a dot.lf

    Check multipart articles to try harder to find text/plain as some
    readers structure articles differently than others.

    Keep retrying sending to remote server for 4 hours if error.

    Plus minor bug fixes.

    Thanks for feedback from users, it's is the most helpful way to identify
    issues and fix them more quickly.

    ALWAYS back up before upgrading :)
