I have merged devel into master today for rslight: https://gitlab.com/rslight-public/rocksolid-light

No major changes, but some fixes of older bugs. Here are some key
commits, and there are many more commits just not worthy of mentioning
here:

Keep retrying sending to remote server for 4 hours if error.

Fix 'full thread' links in overboard flat view to point to first
reference if exists on server. (Fixes bug where 'full thread' link was
same link as article.)

Clear var in overboard threads view to not duplicate previous link
when top reference does not exist on server. (Fixes bug where wrong
article was referenced as top of thread)

Avoid sending article to remote server multiple times if crossposts
use same server. (This has to do with multiple sections. All worked
fine, but removed unnecessary multiple connections)

Fix log in issue in mail.php and upload.php to match standard site
login. (All login methods should now match, including posting,
hopefully.)

Add ability to restart nntp(s) servers by semaphore:
touch $config_dir/nntp.reload
then the servers will reload at next cron.php run. No longer any
need to explicitly 'kill' them. You must manually (kill) upgrade to this version, then it will work this way from that point on.

A number of bug fixes and some tweaks.
