Yesterday I fixed a bug in one of the posting limit features for news.i2pn2.org, and in the process locked out a couple of users for
about an hour (sorry about that :)

Anyway, it's working as intended now. All of my testing was great, but
nothing beats someone exceeding the limits to test it more fully, which
is what happened yesterday.

None of the limits should really be hit by an average user, they are
only meant to throttle abuse, which may or may not be intentional abuse,
it can just be a very zealous poster (calm down, take a short break :)
