• Orban gone, EU slaps sanctions on settlements

Hungary had vetoed thus far the proposed EU sanctions on Israeli illegal settlements in the West Bank. The settlers go unpunished for violence
and have removed tens of thousands of Palestinians from their homes in
the West Bank. That one country is allowed to grind these things to a
halt, is a defect in the EU mold that should be fixed. It also allows
external enemies of EU leverage in EU decision making via the fifth
columns within. Now, that one of these columns is gone, the sanctions
    are moving forward.

    Good.

Trade restrictions on the settlements are also in the works, it seems. Excellent. Leave subsidising these guys to Tucker. Members of the
Israeli government (that egg on the crimes of the largely imported
settlers) are not to be sanctioned. Bad.

Well, two out of three is moving forward.

So you are mad that Hungary voted in it's own best interests?

    Huh?

What happens in the illegally occupied areas has nothing to do with
Hungary's best interests. As a bargaining chip to milk pocket change out
of US tax payers it might have served Orban's best interests. Who knows.

I'm happy, very happy, that Hungary finally voted the corrupt Orban out. "Vance's" promises of US aid had Orban won, was probably the final kiss
of death. It probably takes years to undo what the populists wreck, but kicking Orban out sets the small cat ball rolling in this and other
matters. Hopefully, the Ukraine loans will also clear the finishing line
    now.
