• What were the best World Cup matches?

I didn't see much of the World Cup with having no internet access and a
lot of the matches being played late at night. I think the best match I
have seen was Argentina v Egypt. Which matches were better than that?

Can I have some recommendations for matches to watch recordings of if I
can find recordings of them online please?

Argentina-Egypt was definitely one of the most exciting. Other good
    candidates:

    Argentina-Cape Verde
    Croatia-Portugal
    Mexico-England
Argentina-England (but may not be to everyone's tastes)

    A notch below:
    Brazil - Japan
    England - Congo DR
    Senegal-Belgium
France - Sweden (not a big fan of one-sided matches, but this is
probably the match that made everybody think France were unbeatable)

    Algeria-Austria wasrCa peculiar.
As was the 3rd place match.

Spain's, of course. They won it for a reason. I'd particularly
recommend those against Portugal and France. (The second goal against
France was probably the best of the tournament. An absolute beauty.
That against Portugal not far off. They scored quite a lot of good
goals from open play. Of course, watching them defend and dominate
    midfield is also worth it.)

Also, the last 15 minutes from Argentina - England, in which they tured
it around. When Arg and Messi actually showed some very good football.
You can watch the whole second half to see the english goal too. The
    first half is not recommended.

    Mexico England was great.
USA Belgium also good or at least I enjoyed it.
    Spain France excellent
England France lots of fun though defending was notably absent.
    Norway Brazil worth a look
