I've had no internet access since June 6!! :-(

I e-mailed my internet provider 5 times and got absolutely no response!
I'm very shy, so I couldn't phone them because that would mean having
to speak to a complete stranger. It (being shy) also made it very
difficult to ask anyone for any help. Eventually I managed to find a
    new internet provider.

I managed to use the library for some internet stuff, but of course
there's no web-based access to rss so it didn't include rss!

    It's been a nightmare! I couldn't even access my e-mails! I've got a
WORLDWIDE web based e-mail address, and I couldn't even get into it 2
minutes walk away from my home, at the library! And then I managed to
get locked out of the new one I signed up for in the library too! That
meant I had 3 worldwide web based e-mail addresses that I couldn't get
into 2 minutes walk away altogether! So I had to sign up for a 4th one!

I finally got my new internet access sorted out last week. I think it's
fibre optic broadband I've got now!

And I've spent the last 3 days or so since Thursday trying to catch up
with things. And now word's not working, so I can't even finish the
e-mails I was typing in a word document while I had no internet access
and send them. It also means I've got nowhere to copy and paste this to
to save until later, so I'd better finish this here.

So, it's been a nightmare, and I need lots of sympathy please.
