    Proposal for new rule (retroactive to the beginning of the World Cup).
    If a selected player is captain of his national team, and scores a tying
    or winning goal in the last 5 minutes of regulation time, that goal is
    worth 3 points.
    If said captain scores the winner in extra time, then it is worth 5 points.

    I am sure Futbolmetrix will back me up on this one.

    Absolutely! But we should also make every WC goal count double.
