A bit better by Belgium towards the end of the first half with a
deflected Doku shot and a long-range De Cuyper effort, but that was
    it.

Lukaku in for De Ketelaere at half-time. This really is the last

I don't think there will be a lot of hurrahs for Belgium. Ismaila Sarr
makes it 2-0, superbly bringing a long ball down with his chest, and
then rifling past Courtois. Candidate for goal of the tournament.

KIT WATCH: I could tell you Sarr has just put Senegal 2-0 up, but more importantly - what on **Earth** are Belgium wearing?? Light blue with
pink waves decorated with light blue and pink bubbles?? I'm sorry, what?!?

What is this?!?! This isn't a football kit - is it? I'm pretty sure I
had a Samsung Galaxy phone a few years ago that had this kit as its
    screen saver!

For the love of God, you are Belgium. Your home colours are red with
black and sometimes gold trim. All you have to do to get your away kit
right is make it white with red and gold trim. Or even if you inverted
you colours and maybe turned out in gold or black but with the other
colours from your flag as the trim or in the pattern. Why are you doing
    this to yourselves???

Semi OT but I notice Sports Direct are already discounting the World Cup
kits of teams eliminated from this World Cup. Germany is currently -u20 cheaper, Holland -u17. If this scoreline keeps up and you really do want
to wear this, errrm, very "unique" Belgium kit, wait until tomorrow and
    you'll save some money!

Nah, I don't think it has anything to do with that. Senegal gifted
Belgium the 1-2 goal by going for glory and leaving the defense
exposed, that's what gave Belgium hope.

They also gifted Belgium the equalizer through a dreadful goalkeeping

Nah, I don't think it has anything to do with that. Senegal gifted
Belgium the 1-2 goal by going for glory and leaving the defense
exposed, that's what gave Belgium hope.

They also gifted Belgium the equalizer through a dreadful goalkeeping >>mistake.

Big chance for Mbaye to restore Senegal's lead.

Huge miss by Lukebakio, but on the same move a possible penalty on
Tielemans. It's taking the ref and VAR to decide...

    Penalty!

You have to give that one even though Tielemans
managed to slip in behind Camara without him
noticing. He caught him full on the heel.

    FT, 3-2.

Moreira nearly returned the favor to Senegal by giving the ball away
on a very favorable breakaway, but Pape Sarr couldn't put the final
    free kick on target.

Yanks will stroll into the QFs against this Belgian team.

Senegal and last-minute penalties, name a better duo.

Had the ball been deflected away safely by the time there was contact?

It may be the letter of the laws says it should be given but it didn't
seem in the spirit of the game?

No he hit him a split second before the cross flew by.
Tielemans might have reasonably connected with the
    ball without CamararCOs interference.
