Spain scores the opener at the 42', with a solid contribution by
Muslera's butter hands. Four goals conceded, three mistakes thus far.
Uruguay would probably be better off if they allowed the opposing
    manager to pick their goalkeeper.

And Muslera has been subbed off at halftime. Bielsa letting absolutely
clear who he considers responsible for the result thus far...

I heard rumors of an internal revolt in the Uruguay camp against
Bielsa, which was about as predictable as the Australia-Paraguay
    biscotto.

    Now Valverde subbed off.

The thing is that Uruguay just needs one goal to advance. Cape Verde
and Saudi Arabia don't seem to have understood the assignment.

CPV-KSA now opening up a bit. CPV had a huge chance but Al-Owais was
    up to the task.

    Uruguay-Spain is turning into a foul-fest.

Amazing story. And they now get to play Messi & the incumbent champions.

As for Uruguay, I guess Bielsa and the players will be avoiding
Montevideo for a while after this one...

Not great that they turned to stereotypical Uruguayan brutality in the
    final half hour.

Spain has been pretty disappointing in the WC so far, but the cup is
won in July, not in June.

Consequence of today's Group H results: Paraguay is through. SEN, KOR,
SCO and URU finished in 3rd place, but with a worse record. They will

Agreed. And he had retired from the Uruguayan national team already.
Bielsa recalled him because Rochet and Mele weren't in good form.

    Bielsa letting absolutely
clear who he considers responsible for the result thus far...

I may need to recant this: apparently, in the post-match interview,
Bielsa said that it was not his decision to replace Muslera, but that
the player asked to be subbed off.

Indeed, without Muslera's error they wouldn't even need that goal.
