Norway versus France for first place.
Senegal versus Iraq to maintain hope of qualifying for the R32.

Senegal needs to win by at least a two-goal margin, three would be
    better.

Norway is resting Haaland, Odegaard and several other starters. Are
they trying to avoid the Scandinavian derby in the R32?

That's job done for Senegal, I don't think any additional goals will
make any difference. They are ahead of South Korea and Scotland, and
the other teams that can finish 3rd on three points are of the
three-draws, 0 GD variety (or worse). I guess they may want to
protect themselves against a Spain-Uruguay 5-5 draw or something like
that, or Uzbekistan winning by a huge margin.

-aAnd Pape Gueye adds a third from distance.
-aSenegal improving their chances. Not good for Uruguay, this.

He came in hungry for goals and has now made it 4-0.

Another golazo by Pape Gueye, and now Senegal does not have to worry
about 3-3 biscotti between Spain and Uruguay or Egypt and Iran.

They can only be eliminated if at least eight 3rd place teams finish
on 4 points. BOS, SWE, PAR and ECU are already there. ALG-AUT will
biscotto, so five. Ghana-Croatia another very likely biscotto, six. If
Congo beats Uzbekistan, we are at seven.

The two key matches are then URU-ESP and IRN-EGY. Spain and Egypt
avoiding defeats and Senegal is through.

Iliman Ndiaye with another golazo, 5-0.

And closing the other game, a header by Dou|- makes it Norway 1-4 France.

Senegal's result debiscottifies Egypt-Iran and Uruguay-Spain, and also
puts to rest the chatter of Austria or Algeria settling for a 1-0
defeat to avoid Spain in the next round.

My non-biscotto proof sims have Senegal with a 95% probability of
going through, Scotland at 3%, Korea at 44%.
