    Yeah. Atm Paraguay is 4th on the best thirds table, but are guaranteed
    to stay ahead of South Korea and Scotland. Of the other six teams,
    Senegal (or Iraq) cannot reach them, so it would take all five of them
    doing it to knock them out of the top-8.

    Could happen, but yeah, not likely. Btw, what could possibly be more Paraguayan than seeing four of these pulling it out and making them the
    8th best third? :-)

    I have them at 99.88% to make it to the R32, where they will almost
    surely face Germany in "Boston". I'll be there. (There were more
    enticing potential matchups for match 74, but I'll take it)
