    I'd say it's a bit like the expanded Champions League. The more
    fashionable nations are pacing themselves as they know they
    don't have to overwork to get out of the group stage. So they'll
    slowly build, then come the knock-out stages they'll step it up
    a gear... by the time the Quarter-Finals come around we'll be
    left with the usual suspects.

    The Old Timers have better stamina. Quite a result for the Flemish
    bastards, beating the likes of Zico, Zizou, Trezueguet and Salah. But my fourth favourite confederation are still undefeated
