    I am confused about. Please let me know about anything I have
    missed or misinterpreted.

    vibes = definition
    consumed = ATE
    ATE to the core = ATE is changed to T (ATE's "core")
    ISIMULATE, with ATE changed to T = ISIMULT
    Wildly = anagram indicator
    ISIMULT anagrammed = STIMULI

    Duke:

    Curry in western states -- or parts of London or India -- produces incentives to go (7)
    incentives to go = definition
    Curry = TIM
    states = US
    western US = SU
    TIM in SU = STIMU
    parts of London or India = LI ??? (not sure how "or" works with that)
    STIMU or LI = STIMULI ??? (again, not sure how the "or" works to concatenate)

    You're right. I'm not sure about the "or"s either. Doubtless I had some plan when I wrote the clue. Maybe "and"s would have worked?

    And now, my judgements:

    The construction is kind of weird, but I think it works. The surface is a bit rough.

    Duke:

    Curry in western states -- or parts of London or India -- produces incentives to go (7)
    As Duke suggested, the "or"s here would work much better if they were "and"s. Aside from that, a reasonable construction, a reasonable definition, and a nice surface.

    Luciano:

    Spurs must fancy winning current league, one concludes (7)
    I like the way the definition works in the surface (which is very smooth). Fine construction.
