about 6 when her former slave died and I adopted her, so that would have
made her around 12, which really isn't old. She was beautiful and I
miss her very much.
I was late getting the story, but it sounds like it may have been something like squamous cell carcinoma, which is what Betty succumbed to, even after months of treatment at an animal cancer center. I unfortunately haven't
heard of any cat that's beaten it.
