From Newsgroup: rec.music.folk

On his live concert CD, Fred Small says "Tom Paxton said it best: some
folks you don't need to satirize, you just quote 'em." But Tom Paxton
doesn't recall having said such a thing, and Fred Small doesn't recall
where he might have heard Paxton say it. Can anyone please point me
towards a source (which may have been someone other than Paxton)?
