What is the title?
I'm sure everybody familiar with old country and western knows the duet
I'm talking about. I cannot believe how difficult it is to find on
Google and Bing, except for conspiracy theories and the fact "misogynist songs" is in the search results. It's just stunning. I can't believe the powers that be would do that. I must somehow be way off on the title.
But I included some of the lyrics, it should show.

Nevermind, I got it. I would agree with the anti-misogynists "You're
having my baby" would make sense since the reply would be "Having your
baby" not (lol) "Having his baby". Since it is a love song.
