I like this kind of stuff and Beato is good at it, but I think he's
making more out of this than it deserves. The big revelation, it seems,
is that he calls the third chord of the bridge "Dm(b5)", an uncommon
chord. But that chord can also be called Ddim, not such an uncommon
chord. Most people, or at least guitarists like me, play that as Ddim7
because it's easier to finger, and sounds fine, even if slightly less
true to the record.
Also, he spends time saying that the verse chords are (sometimes) A,
then B/A. I will listen to it closer, but I've never heard it that way.
